Namibia – Remnants of the Skeleton Coast

Namibia – Remnants of the Skeleton Coast is an independent photographic field expedition undertaken to enable sustained landscape and environmental photography along Namibia’s Skeleton Coast, one of Southern Africa’s most remote coastal regions. The project explores erosion, human remnants, and environmental endurance along isolated coastal landscapes.

The expedition prioritises field discipline, operational continuity, and logistical self-sufficiency. Observations focus on features such as shipwrecks, mining remnants, and coastal artefacts, documenting the interaction of human presence and natural processes over time.

Fieldwork is planned from mid-June to mid-September, followed by editorial and production phases. Project documentation is shared selectively and confidentially, primarily with sponsors and operational partners.

Further details regarding operational support and sponsorship are available via the Partnership / Sponsorship page.
